I followed the provided instructions for my new V6 TV box to set it up, however it's been stuck on the "starting up" for an hour and a half. The box has been making weird crunching and clicking noises and at one point a green screen saying "the DVR has detected a serious problem..." appeared, which then disappeared and went back to saying "starting up", and the light on the front of the box is flashing red. I've tried calling the help number and have been on hold for an hour, and neither is anyone answering me on the website's messaging service. Please can someone help me?? I've already wasted all day on this.
