New TV and Broadband/Câble issut

So I have just replaced my TV which hasn't working for over a month. Up until unplugging the cables my wi fi was working fine.

However, I now have a network connection problem on my cable tv stating there is an issue because I've not use the virgin box for over 30 days (as mentioned , my old TV broke so wasn't using the service) and the arrows on the broadband box are also flashing.

Does anyone know a work around? I don't want to have to wait for an engineer and I work remotely

Yes - its a VM thing that they disconnect the service if its not used/connected for more than ~ 30 days. Happened on on of my V6 boxes a few years ago.

You just call in with the details and they will reactivate the service over the phone

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
