New Route - Flashing Green Light

I have plugged in my router, everything is connected firmly, I had let the router sit alone for 2 hours on, and still the green arrows are flashing and my device says connected without internet? Is there a step I am missing or something I have to do?

Yes - call in to activate it - probably have to be the morning now - try at 08.01

The equipment activation number is... 0800 953 9500

you could also try texting send details of your issue and include your account number to - 07533 051809 - responses are slower though
