New Quickstart Package arrived, but Internet won't activate

My new Virgin Quickstart Package arrived today. I've followed the instructions and set everything up as it should be, but the Internet light keeps flashing green and won't connect. All of the cables are secure and in their right places. 

I called the activation number but it keeps telling me they can't activate it. Help?

I'm sorry for the late response, and to hear there's been an issue with activating your quickstart order.

 

I can see you've managed to contact us since posting and have been able to get this resolved however 🙂
