New Quick start package not delivered

My quick stat package should have been delivered on Sat 22/08 but did not arrive. Managed to contact customer services on Sun 23/08 who said it would be delivered today 24/08 but still not arrived. Trying to get through again today requested to be dealt with by text message twice but on both occasions no text sent. Shocking customer service Virgin Media. Anyone suggest how to resolve this.

Some things are missing from my package that was delivered today, no TV V6 remote, HDMI cable, connector cable  ethernet cable and the wifi booster.  Anyone help me?

Cannot activate the v6 box, not got round to the WiFi booster but will do it now
