We have got New broadband kit for the home installation. We plug everything correctly. Green light flashing and there is no internet. What we can do?

Is the base light constantly flashing green & not changing?
If it is there is no network signal being received through the cable.
If it changes to solid with flashing arrows & keeps cycling then it is more likely an activation issue.

If that fails:
Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
