I joined Virgin Media as a new customer on the 10/06/22 to prepare to move to my new house on the 11/06/22. I was informed from the order confirmation email that the expected delivery day would be 15/06/22. It is now 18/06/22 and I have had no contact from Virgin Media since the order confirmation, I have had no contact from Yodel in regards to delivery. The Virgin Media chat robots seem to just be speaking in circles.
I have no idea what's happening with my order, any sort of help would really be great.
