I recently had VM broadband installed, the wiring from the box on the outside is all loose and drooping. Can I clip this myself or is it easily damaged?
Also the cable coming down to this box is tie wrapped to the gutter fall pipe, Is this common practice?

I'm afraid that we're not 100% sure from here as to whether your cables have been installed correctly, however we can't see this being a major issue.
I've contacted your local Area Field Manager and sent over the images so we can get an opinion for you. If you are unhappy with the installation of the cables, we can arrange for the team to come back out and ensure the cables are more securely attached to the wall.
I'll let you know once I hear back from the Area Field Manager.
