I ordered a broadband only connection around 2 weeks ago, i can see in my account there are two orders for the broadband. I presume one is for the cable pull and the other is for going live.
The first order date just keeps changing to todays date, the second is my go live date of the 7th.
I'm guessing i won't being going live on Wednesday if there hasn't been a cable pulled.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

The cable pull date will change every day until they get around to doing it, it could even be on the day of install so no need to panic just yet 🙂
