I just recently joined VM for the first time. My house does not have a VM cable running to it currently.
In the track my order section of my account I can see there are 2 appointments booked. The one I was expecting is next week and is the engineer installing broadband, TV & phone. However, since Sunday there has also been a service request for broadband - it was initially scheduled for Sunday but has since moved to Monday, Tuesday and now today (Wednesday).
Does anyone know what the service request for broadband is? I guess they don't need contact with anyone from the property as the appointment time keeps moving out.
