New Hub5 but no cables

Hi there

I received a new Hub5 today (necessary because of the landline switchover). Currently we have a very old Hub 2.

I was meant to receive an phone adaptor and an isolator cable with the new hub, but I received neither (just the power supply).

I have an existing cable from the wall to my Hub 2. Am I Ok to use this for the Hub 5 since a new one wasn't supplied?

I presume that the adaptor is necessary as the phone plug looks different? Do I need to call them and get them to send me one since it was missed?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the delay in responding, have you since been able to resolve the issue with the phone switchover. The Hub 5 and the adapter that you have received will be required to complete this are missing certain equipment, this will need to be ordered.
