I moved to a new flat. I have received our virgin media Hub but I am unable to plug it in to the wall socket. Their is Virgin media wall socket. I found this wire that looks like Cable con 3.9. But the coaxial cable came with the kit is cable con 4.9. Can you fit the Cable con 3.9 to the new virgin media hub (M125 package)?
I made an appointment for Engineer but still one to wait. Difficult to stay without Wifi as an IT professional.
