Got our new Hub 3 box etc yesterday. All linked up etc., but power light is a consistent orange (flashes green briefly after a full reset) and there appears to be no internet connection.
Any ideas? All the VM help materials online steer to is resetting and rebooting, which makes no difference.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your Hub, I have taken a look and I cannot see any issues that could be causing this.
Can I ask how things are looking since your last post?
