I upgraded my Virgin Package to include Sky. I was sent a new Hub 3 router which I was told was needed. I installed it 4 days ago and have had not internet access since. The light at the front of the Hub is yellow. If I go into settings the following is shown: Wireless On Internet (Access Denied) Telephony (Disabled) I have restarted and reset the Hub several times but the result is the same. I have not been able to connect to wifi using Apple, Android or Windows, getting a "Weak Security" message. I cant work from home because of this. My son is getting behind on already impacted A level studies. I spent 3 hours waiting on the phone yesterday to be told an engineer would call me back within the hour. I'm still waiting! I've tried online chat from my Virgin Account but get no response. I've tried Twitter and you can guess what didn't happen there. Please help!
