Hello, can anyone out there help?! I have just moved to a flat that has been newly converted. It's a large house, converted into 5 flats. Because it's a listed building, the Virgin cable is there, sticking out of the floor ready to be connected to broadband (arranged by the developer with Virgin) but, I can't get anyone from Virgin to agree or arrange this. I can only have Virgin so can't give up and shop around. I live here - it's residential. I've called and called and filled in an online form myself twice and the contact centre also twice. What can be the problem? Why can't Virgin call me? All I want to do is purchase their services!

I will ask them to come here and comment
In the meantime can you post up a photo of what you believe is the VM cable and the wall point it comes from (if you can trace it back).

Hi ARGYA,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
We're sorry to hear you're not having much luck getting news on if and when you can be installed. We can take a look at the address to see what is what. To do that I will need your full address. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.
Thanks,
