New HUB 3.0 is yellow, No internet.

I got a new QuickStart hub 3.0 but I cannot access internet. The light on it is yellow, when i press the button the wifi and arrows light up in green! However my devices still can’t discover wifi. Tried ringing them a few time but couldn’t connect through. Any advice would be helpful.

Very sorry you've been having some issues with the new hub and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.
