New DE72 Quickstart - RCS Partial Service and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

Cookie_Nottm
On our wavelength

Hi, I am seeing repeated "RCS Partial Service" and "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure" at a new house which had previously had a VM or NTL era connection. New SH3 arrived today as part of the Quickstart scheme.

Using speedtest.net via a wired connection shows d/l <20Mb/sec on a M350 service, sometimes no connection all all.

I have reset the router to factory defaults, left it for an hour, tried it in modem mode with a separate WiFi router, alternative cables, all to no avail.

I've checked for service issues using 0800 561 0061 and the online tools, which report no issues in DE72.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
