I signed up as a new customer on 25 October for broadband, and received a confirmation email of the order telling me that the self-install pack would be delivered on 28 October and that I would receive a confirmatory email when it was despatched. No email has been received for this - neither have I received any welcome email giving me my account number and area number needed to create a MyVirgin account online. Within such an account you can do nothing it would appear. Grateful if someone could assist please and get things rolling.
