New Customer Setup

Hi there,

I'm new to VM and I'm due to have a technician come in to the new flat I'm going to be moving into. At the time of writing this, I wouldn't have moved in yet. I've got a date for technician to visit and set up but my question is will routers and all other related documentation be sent or will the technician have the router to set it all up?

Yep, a technician will bring all the necessary kit including a VM hub which is a combined cable modem and router with them.  Hopefully any pre-install work has (or will have been) completed beforehand, in which case it's a quick and simple job. 

If any external works have not been done then they won't be able to install the kit, and you'll get to experience VM's legendary customer care and communication.  Fingers crossed that isn't the case.
