Hi, I am unable to find any way to contact Virgin Media, thought maybe some people would be working from home or something. I put in an order as a new customer who moved into a property a month ago. I placed an order but I don't think the previous person has cancelled their account and as a result you have cancelled my order and claimed to have called me. My phone has been next to me all day as I use it for Hot Spot for work which is my only way of getting online.

Can anyone help keep the original order, price and deal? The previous persons kit is still here so I don't mind using that or waiting on the new kit, I just REALLY REALLY need broadband. Any Help in any way would be gratefully appreciated as my connection aint great and dropping out my work ;(
