New Customer. No Internet

I'm a new customer. Got the self install kit, but nothing but flashing green light all night. I'm annoyed that I have to pay £79.99 first payment and that his will take ages to solve. Luckily I still have sky set up, so I may just cancel Virgin. So frustrating.

You don't start paying until your line is activated.

Maybe you need to activate the HUB?

I've done that too. Received a text to say so. Spent 50 mins on hold to tech support but had to give up. Guess I'll try tomorrow. Just frustrating. 👍

Persist with them and I'm sure it will get sorted.

Try at 8am when the lines open.

Left it all night and nothing. Can't ring at 8am as I have to work. Guess I'll just have to spend the evening on hold. Hope it gets sorted as I moved because my partner is going to be working from home soon.
