New Customer Landline Number not ported from Sky

Hi,

I joined as a customer on  27th October 2020 , however my account still shows the temp virgin no. and when I call the number which was supposed to be cancelled with sky and ported over to Virgin, as discussed with the telephone sales rep, it still rings and goes to Sky voicemail.

Can someone contact me to resolve the issue so I can keep my landline number?

I'm sorry you were still waiting for your number to be transferred over to us since joining.

Hi,

It's just come to my attention that my number has since been changed from my number that was ported from my previous provider.

As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating as it was ported in successfully and I'm confused as to how my landline number has all of a sudden been changed by you guys.

I really need this to be resolved so I can have my original number that I ported over.

Please advise on how this can fixed.
