New Build installation problems

Hiya! Next month I'm moving into a new build house that has just been completed, however the address isn't yet showing up on VM's 'moving house' system as it's only just been registered. The adjacent houses on the street all show up as having VM, as do some other new builds on the opposite side of the street, however when I submitted a request the (automated?) email response came back saying VM isn't available in my area yet.

Not sure how to resolve this, as it seems certain that VM must be available given all the other houses within 20 meters of it have fibre, but not sure how to go about getting it connected for when we move in. 

Any help on where to go would be amazing - thank you team!!

According to the engineer ‘the pit’ - which I guess is this - has been covered over?
