I’m moving into a new build in the next 3 weeks and the address hasn’t yet appeared on the drop down menu on your website. I know Virgin broadband is available in the area as all the other houses have this service. On Friday the 4th, I phoned the Sales line and was told they’d get an engineer to verify the address existed and then get it added to the website. It’s now over 48 hours later (the timescale they quoted to get this done) and I still haven’t had the text I was advised. I was wondering whether someone could help me with getting this address added to the site? Thanks so much 😊
