Network issues

Hi all.

Can anyone help with this? Very intermittent connection this evening meaning we can't stream or game.  These are my logs.

I don't really want to call the customer support as I've already turned it off and on.

Any help appreciated!

Re: Network issues

Stats look 'OK'.

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

Thanks.  Please see below link.

It seems ok this morning, but this issue is why I left Virgin 6 months ago so would rather find out why it happens and a fix for it.

We were streaming TV, it would freeze for 5 mins then play 20 seconds then on off etc.  I'd had some disconnection earlier in the evening whilst gaming.

Thanks for any help!

We'll have to leave it running for a while.

Re: Network issues

Sorry to be back, any ideas?  It's slugging along tonight again.

It doesn't look too bad to be honest.

I'm wondering if it's a fault with the HUB?

Re: Network issues

Are the large spikes in average latency normal? Previous days were a lot smoother graphs than todays, and its today that has problems.

How would you go about finding fault with the Hub?

Thank you for the time you've spent looking at this!

Spikes can happen if you are using a large amount of bandwidth on your connection.

It's difficult to diagnose faults with the HUB. Maybe contacting VM could troubleshoot further?
