@John_GS - thanks for getting back. Certainly the problems seems to have decreased...i am getting more consistent speeds (on down), but the occasional blip on uploads (mostly its closer to 7-10mbps, but occasionally, its as low as 0.1mbps).

On a separate note, i am trying to upgrade my package but cant do this online (i get an error page constantly) - could you or someone in  your team help with this?
