Network Log Issues

Recently i've noticed and increasing unresponsive or slow connection with random timeouts. Looking through the network logs on the router today i see timeouts, No ranging response received, Lost MDD Timeout. Is there anything that i can do to improve this as i work in IT and having to work from home has been increasingly frustrating.

Re: Network Log Issues

Could you post the data from the 'Downstream' and 'Upstream' tabs?

Re: Network Log Issues

You are missing two upstream channels (You should have four).

When was the last time the HUB was rebooted?

Re: Network Log Issues

I had rebooted it about 5-10 mins before you asked for the downstream and upstream

What package are you signed up for?

To be honest even on the lowest package you should still get four upstream channels.

This could be the reason why you are having issues. All the other stats look ok.

You'll need a VM staff member to investigate further, and book an engineer if required.

Hi section_32, are you liaising with my colleague @DerrickVMTech ?  Or do you still require assistance?
