Network Latency issue

Hello,

Recently moved to a new build on the 08/03/2021 and had VM setup around 16/17th.

The internet is intermittently good. I seem to always get bad latency at random times.

I have taken note of the VM Hub logs, would anyone be able to read these and understand what's causing the issues?

Please advise.

Re: Network Latency issue

Hello Trizzytt

Sorry to hear of the broadbadn issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this via the forums and welcome to the community.

From looking at your connection and equipment it looks like some of the level's are out of range, I've arranged for a technician to attend tomorrow morning between 8am and 12pm, Please let us know if there are any individuals shielding in the property or if this isn't convenient for you and I can look to arrange a more suitable time.

Re: Network Latency issue

Hello,

Robert, somehow the engineer ended up going to our old address, he said i would need to message you again to get this booked in.

Our new address should be on the system, it ends in 7LP.

Kind regards

T

I believe he said if there was no change then someone will need to look at the box outside.

Is there any way to get this arrange, as i work from home and the internet is essential to my job.

Hello,

No change after the engineer visit, ive checked my speeds and im only getting 10.29mb, when we pay for 200mb package!?

( this is off a wired connection)

Trizzytt_1-1619978277296.png
I have tried to call Tech help at VM and they seem to have no networking knowledge, as they only send a update and reset the hub, then tell me they cant do anything!?
