Since I got my virgin installed I havnt been able to watch netflix on my TV.
All other streaming services work and I can watch it through my phone and cast it to the TV.
But the TV app which worked fine before just says it can't connect. Almost like it's not connected to the Internet.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?
I have just had the line restarted by virgin and this did not help.
Can you uninstall Netflix and reinstall?

Hi, I have tried both wireless and wired. Every other app on the TV works fine it's just netflix.
I am sorry to see this, are you currently using a v6 box?
Is that the tv box? If so no I only have virgin Internet.
