Hi,
Virgin cabling was installed on my road a couple of months ago.
We are no. 40 and the properties that can get services (via the service checker) stops at 38, the road goes up to 44.
From my front door there is a cable manhole in the path where the cabling has been run through adjacent to the BT lines and is no more than 3 metres from my door. I watched Virgin install the cabling through here. Yet I cannot receive service but the neighbors can.
Does anyone know who I need to contact to get this looked at. Live chat was no help unfortunately.
