I recently moved into a block of flats where the Landlord has specified he has fibre connected with Virgin Broadband and my neighbour has it also. But the when I input my postcode on the website it says nothing is available. I've contacted customer service many times and they say they're going to send somebody out to check the line but nobody ever comes?
Can anyone help please?
