Need wall socket moved

I've tried calling to have this sorted, but keep getting disconnected. I need my internal wall socket moved, as the engineer installed it right where my radiator is about to be installed. Please advise.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Do you have access to the My Virgin Media online account? You'll be able to see any booked appointments there, and you can reschedule them or cancel them if needed. You can find more information on how to do this here.

Hi Zach, I've just checked it and it says 'You have no orders and appointments yet'. Please can someone just tell me when it is booked for?
