Need urgent help regarding set - your system has made it impossible for me to call you

We put in an order today for a delivery and start date of the 16th of June (previous tenants ends on the 17th) - order went through, then I've got an email saying it's been delay 1st of July. I work from home so this means I will need to cancel and go with someone else.

When I call it asks for an account number or home phone number. It won't let me create an account as it just says I have left. I also don't have a home phone number so I literally cannot get through to talk to anyone.

We literally have the equipment here from the previous tenant (my housemate who is moving out). Is it possible to just keep the equipment and have it start or do I have to wait until the 1st July (in which case I need to cancel immediately and find another provider.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your install of new services, have the team advised what the delay is for?

You should be able to cancel your services now with us, you can reach the team on 0345 454 1111 from any other line and calls to this number are usually included in your monthly mobile allowances, we are unable to cancel any services over the forums. 

You can message us on WhatsApp using 0730 532 7112. Please be aware that replies aren't instant from this service but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.
