Need to move hub to different room.

Hi I need an engineer to visit to move the ingress point for my broadband to a different room. 

What is the best route to get this done?

I tried the chatbot but didn't get anywhere with it.

As Ernie_C has advised we are happy to help but this visit would be charged at £25 for a non fault call out, this is a standard charge applicable in all instances like this. I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to arrange this.
