Need to move cable entry point?

We are having some construction work done and need to have the cable entry point moved to a different external wall. How can i get this done and how much will it cost?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Can I ask which socket this is in regards to please?

This is for the outside socket, i.e. the point where the cable comes into the house.
