I have just installed the TV v6 box and need to activate it in order to get past the Channel update page (with error S102.)
This box replaces our old TiVo box.
With limited phone support due to the coronavirus, can I get assistance to activate the box via this forum?

Although I didn't hear from you since, I have re-attempted to complete the V6 box installation and have now been successful, so I guess the activation went through OK.
