Need my quickstart activating

Hi, I have received my Quickstart kit. It is all connected correctly, but the hub is flashing green and i now have no broadband, landline and tv. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone and the online chat cannot help. Can someone help? Thanks

All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

You can try the Activation number -  0800 953 9500 

Best time to phone is 08:00

Or

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

Thanks for the response. This is really poor customer service, especially to new customers who have no Internet, telephone etc. I have tried most of the day to contact someone without luck and have no service and cannot get through to anyone to activate this, causing me unnecessary stress already. Had I had known this, I would not have signed up. Can someone confirm that I have 14 days cooling off period from the time I have received the self start kit (Received today on the 12/10)? I will rejoin my old supplier in the morning (I can actually speak to someone when I have an issue). Thanks
