Need help with Broadband

Virgin media says that my broadband services have been temporarily disabled and should be up and running soon. This has continued for 9 hours with no updates. Has anyone run into this issue before?

Yes it happens from time to time, they don't guarantee a continuous service. 

You can check on local issues by calling 0800 561 0061

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or has since been resolved?

Have you checked our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages we may be experiencing?
