Need help from VM

I am a new client of virgin media, and I just had an installation in my home yesterday. The engineer said he could not deal with some virgin’s box in my room, and he said he would send another engineer for me to deal with that problem and he promised me will send a notification once he sent out someone.

Cause I did not receIt's difficult to contact virgin media customers service team, I would like to know how do check the status or schedule date...?

Try calling the Pre-installation and delivery team - they may have more info?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
