We are a new customer and we are moving into a new house. We had carpet fitters come today and they cut the broadband wire my box is getting delivered on Wednesday what do I do?

Sorry to hear your cable has been severed by your carpet fitters. In this scenario, it would be a case of getting one of our Technicians out to take a look and repair/replace any parts of your internal network.
