Need engineer

Hello,

I am new to Virgin Media, got the self installation kit yesterday for broadband but one of the cables is different and doesn’t match my VM wall socket (ser photo)

No one picking up the phoneline and I also tried using the chat on the website and still nothing - this morning I received a text message saying “Your new Virgin Media is now activated” - it isn’t even plugged in!

Desperately need help here, as we need to work remotely or we’ll have to look at switching provider.
