Hi.

I've posted before but didn't get a response from VM. Currently on the phone and have been for 15 minutes so wondering where everyone is!

I need my connection point moved because I'm having an extension built. The builders have already knocked the existing box off the wall but luckily my internet is still working. I know there's £25 charge. I just need someone to come along and move it to another wall.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will arrange for a technician to move your kit.  You are already aware of the £25 fee, so that's good.

I have looked into this and can see that you have been able to arrange a visit to have this work carried out. Please let me know how the visit goes.
