Moved house and have been sent the Quick start cable, but base light is flashing green constantly even after several re-boots, a phone call to installations who advised it's active and multiple annoying text alerts.
Called customer service who told me that they cant....
- access my account
- install my broadband
- escalate me to a manager
- book an engineer
- cancel my account.
Just need some actual help in setting my broadband up, ideally an engineer visit asap. Why is it impossible to get any help??
