When I arranged home move with a chat agent I said there is no internal socket at the new property, they assured me they could see on the system that there was.
Well there isn't and I've tried chat, text, call, Twitter and can't get through to anyone other than to be told to use a different contact method or hung up on.
I need internet to work from home and I'm now 3 days without it.
I need an engineer out ASAP

I've responded to the direct message questions quickly, but it took hours to get replies and still nothing has been done.
I'm absolutely disgusted by the terrible customer service from virgin media the last 3 days
