Hi
Tried installing the hub today and realized I have no virgin media wall socket, assumed I didnt need one, my current broadband runs out in a few days and I cant work at home without wifi. Phone times too long, please can you advise on how to get an engineer ASAP to resolve? Nothing mentioned in all the introductory communication about need this wall socket.
Also cant create virgin media account, I enter the email address on the page and it says "thank you for leaving"!!!
