Need an Engineer

 

I have received my new Hub 3 but having difficulty completing the setup.

The cables in the house very different and not sure if I am doing the right thing so completely stuck!

And yes, I have read the manual and watched the video and over and over and it's doing my head in.

If you have everything connected correctly as it shows in the Guide / Videos then it could be an Activations issue or an issue with the Signal. I am assuming your Hub does not get past the Green flashing Arrows / Green Flashing power light?
