Hi, I've purchased a property and had the Virgin Media self install pack sent to me last month. There was no wall socket in the property so I need an engineer to come and install one.
We've had some electrical work done and only just had power in the house to get this sorted. I've tried calling VM but was passed to 3 different people over 20 minutes then hung up on.
Anyone had any luck, I'm close to calling to cancel as I'm paying for a service that I cannot use at the moment.
There's a brown socket on the outside wall but the cable has been cut on the inside.
wait for VM to get to the thread - will flag it to hopefully get someone to have a look a bit quicker - they should arrange a tech
