I received my virgin media quick start kit but need an engineer to intall a virgin media socket. Can't get throught to anywhere to make an appointment. Is there anyone from their customer service team to book one for me

thanks for posting on the forums about this issue, I am sorry you're having trouble installing your quick start equipment.
Our sockets will either have an NTL logo or the Infinity Logo, could you have a look to see if you have one of these please?
If not we can get it resolved for you.
