I ordered the QuickStart setup as Virgin said that my house was applicable for this service.
We have now tried to set it up and it doesn't work. The bottom light keeps blinking green, and the two-arrow-symbol becomes red from time to time.
I believe we are in need of a technician to come and fix it for us, but I can't seem to find out where to arrange one.
Can anyone help my arranging af technician to come and fix it for us?

2 hours before the technician was due to arrive it suddenly started working. This was 2 days after we initially tried setting it up.
A bit strange, but it works now 🙂
