Need Assistance with WiFi Broad Kit Delivery

I'm writing regarding my recent contract where I agreed to receive a WiFi Broad Kit. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates on its delivery, and I've been unable to contact customer care because I lack an account number or area code, only having my contract information sheet number.


I kindly request your help in getting an update on the kit's delivery status or guidance on reaching customer care without an account number. Please contact me to assist with this matter.

You should call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
